Monaflex vulcanizing systems for truck, agricultural and OTR tires produce the ultimate tire repair. Monaflex equipment is extremely portable, providing the option of distortion free section repairs in a repair facility or in the most remote job site. Monaflex systems utilize the combination of flexible rubber heat pads and air bags to provide the desired heat and pressure to vulcanize both rubber filler material in the damaged area of the tire and to the entire repair unit in one simple operation. The Monaflex system can be customized for specific tire size requirements and later expanded to cover additional tire sizes when needed. This equipment vulcanizes the sidewall, crown and shoulder areas of OTR, Tractor tires etc.
